When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you so we can focus on your treatment goals. You are welcome to adjust your appointment date or time at any point through the online booking system.

If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email or Jane app.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, are subject to the full appointment fee.
